Attorney Bio

Vance E. Hendrix is attorney licensed in Texas with offices in Tyler, Texas, and Flower Mound, Texas, where he serves as Of Counsel to Elsey & Elsey, PLLC. He is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Texas, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Mr. Hendrix earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Tulsa, College of Law in 2005. During law school he served as the editor-in-chief of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law, and published a comment (article) in the symposium issue entitled The Farm Bill of 2002, the WTO, and Poor African Farmers: Can They Co-exist? Mr. Hendrix earned a Master's of Arts (M.A.) from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2000, and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Texas Tech University in 1998.

Mr. Hendrix was born in Springfield, Missouri and was raised in Hallsville, Texas; he is married and has two children.
